The current rules

Tampa is under SWFWMD's Modified Phase III 'Extreme' water shortage order (in effect through October 1, 2026): lawn irrigation is limited to ONE day per week, assigned by the last digit of your address — 0/1 Monday, 2/3 Tuesday, 4/5 Wednesday, 6/7 Thursday, 8/9 Friday. Hand watering and micro-irrigation of non-turf plants is allowed any day, once per day, in the early-morning or evening window.
