The current rules
Denver Water declared a Stage 1 drought in March 2026 and made its Summer Watering Rules (May 1–October 1) mandatory at two assigned days per week: even single-family addresses Sunday and Thursday, odd addresses Wednesday and Saturday, and multifamily/commercial/HOA properties Tuesday and Friday. No irrigating during rain or high wind, and leaks must be repaired within 10 days.
